About the Creator

Erin Lee is a yoga, mindfulness, and meditation teacher based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. She founded The Mindful Yoga School in 2020 and leads yoga teacher training, meditation, and mindfulness programs with the intention of expanding presence, courage, and compassion. The divine artwork is created by Keturah Tracey, an Australian-born artist inspired by her travels, particularly India, using pastels to investigate the human form with a focus on the sacred feminine.
