Shipping policy

All of your orders are packed with love and care and shipped from our Gold Coast workshop. We are a small team that works quickly to pack orders!

After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email; please check your junk mail folder. Please notify us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.

When you spend $90 or more, shipping is FREE for orders delivered within Australia. Orders under $90 ship for $12 flat rate. All our parcels are upgraded to Express Postage for FREE within Australia.

Because we are a small team, please allow 2-4 days for processing and shipping.

If your parcel is lost or stolen after it has been delivered, you must contact Australia Post directly.

Please notify us if a parcel goes missing while on its way to you! We do not like missing packages, and we will do everything in our power to locate them!

If your parcel is returned to us for any of the reasons listed below, we will contact you to arrange for the shipment of your item to be re-shipped at an additional cost to you.

- incorrect/incomplete address

- Return to sender

- failure to pick up at your local post office

If you do not want the item/s to be resent, we will gladly give you a store credit (less shipping and a 10% restocking fee).

Please keep in mind that any orders with free shipping will have our standard $9.20 shipping rate deducted from the credit.
