What Are Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a collective of consciousness — a field of energy that records every thought, word, emotion, and action generated by our life experience across all lifetimes, civilisations, and realities. When we are born, this field is created to hold the full story of our soul's journey.
Why Do Past Life Contracts Affect Us?
We all bring in contracts or agreements from past lives. These patterns can repeat and reinforce themselves across lifetimes, showing up as fears, relationship struggles, physical pain, or recurring life themes — often without any obvious explanation in this lifetime.
When a client comes for an Akashic Record Reading, they are usually seeking answers to two key questions:

- When did it start?
How Does the Healing Process Work?
With a past life reading, we can identify where a pattern started, how it has been repeated, and how it has been reinforced — so we can begin to clear it. By identifying the root cause, we start to release the contracts, agreements, and patterns that are holding you back.
Please remember — this does not happen overnight. We can have layers and layers of past life experiences to work through. But once we begin releasing, it can be amazing how much lighter you feel simply by understanding why and what has triggered these patterns.
