Heavenly Crystals Online proudly offers Afterpay as a payment option for purchases made through our online Shop.
Afterpay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later via four equal fortnightly instalments.
To make a purchase using Afterpay, all you need is:
- An Australian credit card or debit card
- To be over 18 years of age
- An Australian residential address
How do I use Afterpay?
- Add items to your shopping cart and checkout as normal;
- Select Afterpay as your payment method; you will be redirected to the Afterpay website;
- Register or login to your Afterpay account;
- Enter or verify your payment details, then confirm your order.
For customers using Afterpay for the first time; your first instalment will be processed at the same time of purchase. For existing Afterpay customers; your first instalment will be processed 14 days from the date of purchase.
There is no minimum purchase requirement to use Afterpay in the Heavenly Crystals Online Store; however Afterpay has a limit of $2000 if you are linking a credit card for your repayments. If you are using a debit card you will have a limit of $500.
Please Note:
Afterpay may impose late payment fees if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur $10 late payment fee, with an additional $7 fee where a payment remains outstanding balance for a total period of 7 days. If you have any questions in relation to fees, payments or your Afterpay account, please contact Afterpay directly, as we are unable to assist with enquiries relating to fees or accounts due to privacy.
What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept andy prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

Returning items purchased with Afterpay
Purchases made through Afterpay are subject to the same "Returns and Exchange Policy" as for purchases via other payment methods. If you are entitled to a refund of your order, any remaining installment left on your Afterpay payment plan will be be cancelled and the amount paid to date will be refunded to you directly by Afterpay.
