I’ve recently noticed that when I’m reading for my clients, we seem to be forgetting ourselves. We are constantly concerned with or thinking about other people.
That is why “I AM” is so significant in our lives. It is one of the most powerful phrases you can speak — because whatever follows those two words shapes your reality.
When you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and say to yourself, “I AM…”
It doesn’t matter what you say after that — just say something like…
- I AM STRONG because I am aware of my weaknesses
- I AM BEAUTIFUL because I am aware of my flaws
- I AM FEARLESS because I know illusion from reality
- I AM WISE because I learn from my mistakes
- I AM HAPPY because I have experienced sadness
If something feels difficult to say, you may not be ready for it yet — but your mind will absorb it and use it to make you stronger when the moment arises.
Remember, it does not happen overnight. But it will happen. And one day you will no longer need to say it — because you will simply know it.
