Local pick-up or Viewing
If you live local and would like to pick up your order from our Arundel residence, please add in the notes area “pick up" at checkout. We will send you an SMS when your order is ready (usually the next day, sometimes the same day). Please arrange prior before picking up or if you would like to view the crystals.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day; all orders submitted after that time will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on Monday or the next working day.
All Australian orders are sent flat-rate post-tracked for $12.00. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate these for you.
All parcels are sent by Standard Post. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.
For Australia, delivery is generally between 3 and 10 days for metro areas.
For countries outside the USA and Canada, shipping can take 8–20 days. Please message me if you are unsure.
* On the very rare occasion, some parcels may get held in customs; we do not have any control over this. It’s normally a 1–3 day delay.

Please have all orders placed by midnight on December 1, 2023. Any orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
(Parcel insurance is optional, just send us a message if you would like to add insurance, we will take care of insurance for any orders over $100 within Australia.)
"Please allow extra time over the holiday season."
We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your product has been shipped. You will be able to trace your package directly on the website of our carrier.
Parcel Care and Responsibility
We take extreme care when packing all of our crystals for your order, using bubble wrap, tissue paper, paper shredding, biodegradable packing peanuts, and other forms of protective packaging. We take extra precautions and pack with care to ensure that your parcel will arrive at its destination intact, safely and undamaged.
Heavenly Crystals Online, its staff members and related entities are not liable for any damage caused to your items during transit. All items are carefully inspected, and they are all perfectly fine in condition when prepared for postage. Once posted, your parcel is in the hands and liability of Australia Post (or a specified courier). We will accommodate, as much as possible, any damage that may be caused to your items on route to your designated postal address by contacting Australia Post or the specified courier to help you resolve the issue. External defects such as bumps on postage or parcel boxes are beyond the control of Heavenly Crystals Online and evident of natural situations that occur from parcel delivery.
If something goes wrong with your shipment, neither Heavenly Crystals Online nor anybody affiliated with the company is responsible. Before being packaged for shipment, everything is thoroughly checked to ensure it is in excellent shape. Once your package has been delivered to Australia Post (or your chosen courier), they are responsible for it. If your packages sustain any damage en route to your stated postal address, we will do everything in our power to assist you in resolving the situation by contacting Australia Post or the designated courier. External defects, such as bumps on postage or parcel boxes, are unavoidable in the parcel delivery process and not the fault of Heavenly Crystals Online.
