Selenite is unlike any other crystal. It carries the purest, highest vibrational energy and has some of the most powerful healing properties I have ever encountered. It is one of the few minerals that can quickly unblock stagnant energy and remove negativity from your body, your space, and even your other crystals.
Selenite can cleanse, purify, and align your body with your highest potential, shifting your aura and vibration to attune you to higher energy. I find that holding and meditating with selenite clears my mind and allows for greater angelic understanding — it cuts through the fog and helps you see clearly. How to Charge Selenite
Selenite is largely self-cleansing, but if you feel it needs a refresh, here are some gentle ways to charge it:
- Pass the selenite through the smoke of burning sage
- Leave it in sunlight for no more than 30 minutes
- Place it in moonlight overnight
- Use sound from a singing bowl or bell
Please note: Selenite is a soft mineral and should always be kept dry.
How to Use Selenite
Selenite is a soothing stone that encourages deep relaxation. I have placed a piece of selenite under my bed while sleeping to help align my spine and attract healing energies. I also keep a selenite stone in my bag to keep my energy field clear, clean, and free of unwanted energy throughout the day.
