Today's world is to go, go, and go. We do not know when to stop!
Well we just need to slow down and take time out for ourselves but sometimes that is even unheard of as we have families, work, house to look after, and then whatever else comes up on top of that in our everyday life.
What I do to slow down, even if it is just for 10 minutes,
- Is to choose a crystal that is calling out to me,
- Sit down, put on some calming music or meditate and listen and tune in.
- Close your eyes, take some deep breaths. Breathe in and count for four and breathe out and count to four. Do this a few times so you can be calm and centered.
- Begin by holding your crystal in one or two hands and closing your eyes.
- Again breathe in and out and feel the energy from this crystal. Allow it to connect to your body/auric field. This will help you to be calm and center.
- Allow this to cleanse and purify your energy, your environment so everything is vibrating at the highest frequency.
- When you are finished you may move your fingers, toes, open your eyes and stretch and reconnect to yourself.
- You may like to place a crystal in your pocket/bra just to give yourself that extra boost.
