How to Use a Singing Bowl

The tone is produced by hitting the side of the bowl with a wooden mallet.  Placement of the wooden mallet with light pressure and moving it around the bowl will eventually create a pure tone.  When the pure tone is reached, the bowl is said to sing!  The tone of B is used to heal and balance your root chakra.
