Crystals are wonderful tools for balancing our chakras. Different crystals emit different frequencies which resonate with their corresponding chakra, making them powerful allies for energetic healing and alignment.
Here are some ideas on how to use your crystals:
- Place chakra stones directly on your body in line with the chakras. Lie down and arrange the healing stones along your chakras by colour and meaning to address your intention. Start from the root chakra and work your way up to encourage the flow of energy.
- Place crystals beside you, under your pillow, or under your bed with Selenite while you are sleeping or resting, allowing the vibration to fill your energy field and dispel negativity.
- Meditate with crystals.
- Wear crystals as jewellery or carry tumbled stones with you throughout the day.
The following are a few of my favourite crystals I use for my clients' crystal grids during readings. I am directed by my angels and spirit guides to use these, and I share and explain to my clients why they have been chosen.
7th Chakra ~ Crown
The crown chakra connects us to the spiritual realm, angelic realm, and other higher realms.
Location: Very top of your head
Colour: Violet, gold, and white/clear stones
Crystals: Amethyst, Selenite, Clear Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Spirit Quartz, Apophyllite, Charoite, Ametrine, Moonstone
6th Chakra ~ Third Eye
The third eye chakra connects us to intuition, psychic abilities (known as the Clairs), spiritual awareness, and higher knowing.
Location: Forehead between the eyes (also called the brow chakra)
Colour: Indigo and violet stones
Crystals: Amethyst, Fluorite, Super Seven, Charoite, Labradorite, Blue Kyanite, Lapis Lazuli, Iolite, Azurite, Shattuckite, Pietersite
5th Chakra ~ Throat
The throat chakra connects to the centre for communication, self-expression, and divine guidance.
Location: Throat (found at the neck above the collar bone)
Colour: Blue
Crystals: Aquamarine, Angelite, Blue Lace Agate, Chrysocolla, Blue Kyanite, Celestite, Sodalite, Amazonite, Aqua Aura Quartz, Blue Quartz, Turquoise
4th Chakra ~ Heart
The heart chakra connects to emotional balance, love, compassion, universal consciousness, and healing.
Location: Heart (centre of chest)
Colour: Pink (self-love) and green (healing)
Crystals: Rose Quartz, Lepidolite, Pink Tourmaline, Rhodochrosite, Pink Calcite, Malachite, Jade, Green Aventurine, Peridot, Emerald, Bloodstone
3rd Chakra ~ Solar Plexus
The solar plexus connects to ambition, personal power, and protectiveness.
Location: Solar plexus (below the breastbone)
Colour: Yellow
Crystals: Citrine, Golden Tiger's Eye, Amber, Yellow Jasper, Golden Calcite, Golden Rutile
2nd Chakra ~ Sacral
The sacral chakra connects to the centre for creative energies and emotional balance.
Location: Sacral (below the navel)
Colour: Orange
Crystals: Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Sunstone, Peach Moonstone, Peach Selenite
1st Chakra ~ Root/Base
The root/base chakra connects to stability, grounding, physical energy, and security.
Location: Root (base of the spine)
Colour: Red, brown, and black
Crystals: Red Jasper, Garnet, Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Black Obsidian, Hematite
