How to use a Merkabah:

1. Before you begin, find a quiet, and calm and peaceful spot where you may sit comfortably.
2. Take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
3. Focus your attention on the form of your Merkabah by holding it in the palms of your hands.
4. Visualize the Merkabah spinning clockwise around you and counterclockwise around the bottom. As you visualise the Merkabah whirling, it is absorbing cosmic energy and transmitting it to your body.
5. Allow yourself to feel the energy flowing through your body and focus on any areas that require healing or attention.
6. Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes slowly when you're ready to end the meditation.
