How to Use a Singing Bowl

The tone is produced by striking the side of the bowl with a wooden mallet. Applying gentle pressure with the mallet and rotating it around the edge of the bowl will eventually generate a clear, pure tone. When this sound is achieved, the bowl is supposedly singing!
